Anxiety is tough! It can cause us to respond to situations with fear or dread and experience uncomfortable physical sensations such as: dizziness, shakiness, pounding heartbeat, and sweating.
If you are struggling with constant worries about everyday things, perfectionism, panic attacks, phobias, or social anxiety, we can work together to identify and make changes to unhealthy emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
Depression is different from an occasional low or sad day - it can make our day-to-day functioning difficult and cause significant distress. Signs of depression may include: feelings of hopelessness or worthlessness, lack of interest in hobbies, low energy, isolation, changes in sleep and/or appetite, and thoughts of death or suicide.
If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, we can work together to make changes to unhealthy thoughts and behaviors and develop more positive habits/coping skills.

If you need support with your friendships, relationships, or family, we can work together to build healthier connections by addressing communication, boundaries, emotional regulation, and decision making or problem solving skills.
Low self-esteem affects how we view ourselves, the world, and our future. You may experience self-doubt, negative or critical thoughts/beliefs, or engage in people pleasing behaviors.
Together, we can improve your self-esteem by identifying your strengths, developing healthier beliefs, and replacing self-criticism with self-compassion.
